Key Responsibilities:

Able to understand project scope, key deliverables, Contract terms & conditions and execute projects in a given timeframe to meet client expectations.

Responsible for setting up and tracking project timelines, planning, resource & budget allocation for assigned projects.

Manage the day-to-day task of deployment & troubleshooting team (Planning, Team mobilization related to projects, Team calls etc)

Evaluate the operational strategies, team performance and suggest improvements to achieve efficiency.

Closely work with a troubleshooting team to manage and monitor issue tickets in the issue ticketing system. Responsible for making strategies to resolve the issues tickets within stipulated SLA agreed with customers.

Coordination with client and Internal teams (such as product/sales/Account/Technology) for project status, roadblocks in project delivery to streamline the gaps.

Assist in analyzing project profitability, revenue, margins, or overall project cost to company etc.

Responsible for developing & managing vendors for deployment & troubleshooting across PAN India.

Responsible for preparing the project documentation to deliver the project & keep all the documents safely. Also assist to prepare the SOPs, technical documents for deployment & troubleshooting team in case asked by the customer.

Should be able to take initiative to train teammates to develop a sustainable & progressive work environment targeting gaps in internal processes.

Able to handle customers for project status calls.

Qualification, Skill set & Experience:

4-6 years of experience in energy management or building automation industry preferably in project or operations management.

Must have graduation in Electrical, Electrical & Instrumentation and Electronics.
Should have good writing & verbal communication skills.

Understanding of IOT, BMS, energy management, O&M of electrical equipment & instrumentation.

Knowledge of HVAC & electrical infrastructure in retail, QSRs, Manufacturing, buildings & hotels.

Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (excel, word etc.) & would be plus if he/she has experience on any ticketing platform such as Zoho.

Build relationships with customers in order to fully understand the customer’s objectives.
Must have good analytical, problem solving & people management skills.

Must have good communication skills.
