Requirement:

We are looking for a Cross-Functional Project Manager who would be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of projects. The person needs to manage the project from end-to-end and will have to coordinate with multiple teams, facilitate communication, manage dependencies between different teams, and ensure timely project delivery by aligning efforts across various stakeholders; essentially acting as a bridge between different teams to achieve project goals effectively.


Key responsibilities of a Cross-Functional Project Manager:


  • Make an overall plan for the delivery of the project at the time of initiation
  • Work with diverse teams – Sales, Account Management, Solutions, Supply Chain and Deployment to make sure that the project is delivered in a timely manner
  • Bring together diverse team members, clearly defining roles and responsibilities for everyone.
  • Actively manage communication between different teams, ensuring regular updates and timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying any deviations and taking corrective action to stay on track.
  • Prepare regular status reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and project performance insights.
