Requirement:

We are looking for a Cross-Functional Project Manager who would be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of projects. The person needs to manage the project from end-to-end and will have to coordinate with multiple teams, facilitate communication, manage dependencies between different teams, and ensure timely project delivery by aligning efforts across various stakeholders; essentially acting as a bridge between different teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Key responsibilities of a Cross-Functional Project Manager:

Make an overall plan for the delivery of the project at the time of initiation
Work with diverse teams – Sales, Account Management, Solutions, Supply Chain and Deployment to make sure that the project is delivered in a timely manner
Bring together diverse team members, clearly defining roles and responsibilities for everyone.
Actively manage communication between different teams, ensuring regular updates and timely resolution of issues.
Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying any deviations and taking corrective action to stay on track.
Prepare regular status reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and project performance insights.
